This nervous fiber gives ANTIQUE yarn a rustic side that is typical of a carded yarn. French wool has excellent bend, hence its use in general for mattresses (natural spring), for carpets (excellent crush resistance) and for clothing (swelling and resistant work). ANTIQUE is thus a classic carded yarn, valued for sports jerseys, also widely used for canvas and weaving schools, and finally very suitable for knitting aimed at felts at the end of knitting. Given the origin of the wool and the rustic production process, the price of this yarn is very attractive. The color range is fair and wide. Except for voluntary use of the felting properties, the ANTIQUE thread is preferably hand washed, with Marseille soap, without spinning, and with a flat drying.
