GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SABBIE'S BREISHOP

Article 1: Who are we?

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop of:

Article 2: Prices and Payment

All prices mentioned in the webshop are in euros and include 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs.

Orders are paid for directly via the online payment methods offered in the webshop. The order will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.

Article 3: Delivery and Shipping

Sabbie's Breishop ensures careful shipping to the delivery address you provided.

Risk: As the seller, we bear the full risk for damage to or loss of the package during shipping. As soon as the package has been received by you (or your neighbors), the risk passes to you. The stated delivery times are indicative. Should a product unexpectedly have a longer delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the products to us undamaged, unused, and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging.

Costs: The costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense.

Refund: As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, we will refund the full order amount (including any standard shipping costs for the outbound journey) within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exceptions: Products that have been custom-made or personalized specifically for you cannot be returned.

Article 5: Warranty and Complaints

We supply quality products. Should an item be damaged upon arrival or fail to meet reasonable expectations (conformity), we will resolve this for you free of charge by means of repair, replacement, or a refund.

Please report any defects or complaints in writing via our email address within a reasonable period (preferably within 14 days), so that we can quickly reach a suitable solution together.

Article 6: Applicable law

All agreements and these general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
